Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence applications through social networking sites (WhatsApp), in teaching the subject of furnishing and decoration of the house for students of the Department of Home Economics, Applied College, and its impact on the development of sustainable development skills and changing students' attitudes towards the environment. Through the use of artificial intelligence applications through social networking sites (WhatsApp), and the results of the study showed that artificial intelligence applications and social networks contributed significantly to raising the level of sustainable development skills for the material of furnishing and decoration of the house among students, as well as the formation of positive attitudes towards the environment, and the results also showed the responses of the study community about the attitudes of students towards the use of artificial intelligence applications. The study recommends employing artificial intelligence applications in teaching most curricula and taking advantage of the group service provided by WhatsApp in establishing specialized groups and supporting the trend of teachers towards artificial intelligence applications, and teacher preparation programs include ways to deal with artificial intelligence applications.
